Lightroom Query

So I have this image

and am wondering is it possible to make it more like this with Lightroom. I am happy enough with how it is, slightly overexposed. I am just curios whether it is possible and if not what should I bear in mind for my next shoot in order to achieve this kind of effect.

What aspect of the example photo are you wanting to be more like? The background looks to be a cream color, rather than white. But other than that, I don't see anything obvious.

If you'll resize the big attached photo, people won't have to wait for it to load and your post may get more replies.

If anything, I'd drop the highlights as far as possible, but unfortunately LR won't fix the focus issue.
