I think it would be best to have a device attatched to everyone's web cam. Whenever a person gets a predetermined amount of "dislikes" or what have you, they get a tennis ball thrown at their face from the device. And of course it's caught on video for everyone else to see.

Monsterkill is something I've gotten from Counterstrike. After a number of kills without dying, some voice go all (see above post).... It's awesome.
