Yeah, I she must have a piercing there. We shot this about a year ago (I just edited it day of posting) but hope to work with her again soon and find out

Lovely, lovely work--thanks for sharing. One suggestion--I'd blur or clone out the dark pipe/vertical shadow coming out of the model's left shoulder.
