Soo... here's a very rough edit. Just changed the lighting, cropped, and moved the horizon a bit, just to give you an idea.

That definitely helps give me some ideas, but I'm not sure how to move the horizon, I'm using lightroom 5 and perfect photo suite 8, would you just add the horizon as a layer and put it lower in the photo or did you do it differently? Very much appreciate all the help and advice

Well.. this is a situation where you would have wanted to get it right in camera, not fix in post. I'm sure it's possible, but you'll need more than Lightroom. Photoshop is the way to go, and you can get it via subscription.
