loading 120 film

Can anyone give me good instructions or a good website to tell me how to load 120 film into a medium format camera>>

ok...provided your seagull is like my yashica:

1)open the latch on the bottom of the camera

2)you should see a take up spool. and an empty slot where another spool goes...

3) place the take up spool on the top one and your film on the bottom one(the film has its own spool)

4)at this point youlll want to take the little paper leader and feed it into the top take up spool slot...youll see it...a thin little slot in the spool.

turn that spool until the film feeds through...and stop when the "start" words are at the red indicators...

close it up and advance the film until frame 1 shoes in the view...
