Local Kids Playing Cricket (Pic Heavy)

I'm still new at shooting people, here's another attempt. The local kids were playing cricket using a Coconut tree's branch (in the absence of a proper cricket bat), and I decided to take the opportunity. Except for the last one, all others are candid shots. What do you guys think of these? All are handheld, in natural light. Critique welcome too.

Thanks Lew , I don't know if it's noticeable but I selectively reduced the brightness on the grounds. Is it still too bright?

My guess is that the ground is soooo bright compared to the faces and bodies, that there is no real way to darken it enough to make it work.
Take the kids and their palm frond bats to England and play on a lawn; shots will be great.:lmao:
