Looking at this D300 to replace my D80

I'm going to be upgrading my D80 to a D300. I want more features for future use, great high ISO shots and high frame rate shooting.

I found this one

on craigslist and it's a great price. No lower than $1,200 for the camera and lens. The only thing is, the guy didn't even know how to tell how many shutter actuations was on it. I told him to download Kuso EXIF (http://www.softpedia.com/get/Multimedia/Graphic/Digital-Photo-Tools/KUSO-Exif-Viewer.shtml) so he could tell me since no matter how many times the counter starts over in the camera, it will tell you. Found out, my D80 is off 132.

Anyways, I already have the 50 1.8 but that will come with the camera for the $1,200. Figured I could sell that one or just.......have another one. It's a $100 lens. Who cares.

Anyways, does it sound good. This guy is selling his because he has already upgraded to a D700 (not the D3 he said in his ad). I wouldn't have a problem flying down to Tampa but you just never know, you know?
