Well for those that are not joking:

Place the camera, cell phone, watch or whatever in a plastic bag (can be folded and rolled flat plastic) Insert the hose from a vacuum pump and run it. The water will boil at room temperature and the pump will remove the water in vapor form. Works like a champ. I KNOW! SEVERAL TIMES! ARGGGGGGGH!!!!!
