looking for a qr plate from an opus ot-s28v tripod

Does anyone have the slightest clue where i might be able to find one of these? I have the tripod in great shape but i can't attach my camera to it without one.I've emailed opus but so far no response, and I've looked online but still no luck.
So if anyone knows of any stores that might have opus parts in stock that would be greatly appreciated.

Have you tried E-Bay? What about The Camera Store?

My local used camera store has a box or two full of QR plates...you might try a similar place in Calgary....Vintage Visuals 5512 4th St NW.

You may not find the exact one you are looking for, but maybe one that would work.
