Looking for a school

I am looking into art schools across the country for photography. I was wondering if anyone had input on good schools, and a good city to live in for this profession. Any advice will help!

I was always told that art can't be taught, just techniques. I'm sure local courses could teach you this. Now that's just an opinion. I've always liked photography, but its onyl been recent that I decided to get a little more serious.
