Looking for a sub 200 camera with manaual apeture and ss controls

I am looking to purchase a sub 200 camera -don't care wether it's point and shoot, bridge, slr, new or used (just what's best at this price range)- with manual aperture and shutter speed controls and a with a large zoom to take good macro shots, although this isn't the main focus. I was considering something along the lines of the fujifilm s3200. What are your recommendations? This is to upgrade a samsung sl30.

Also, this is for a beggining photography college class, so I need something that makes it easy to take professional looking pictures (whatever that means to you). Also, I should've mentioned that it needs to include a lens included in the $200 price range; so if you can think of some camera body, lens combo that fits that price range, please share it.
