Looking to buy cheap used

I know nothing about cameras and photography but I would like to learn. I don't have a dslr camera and don't want to drop $600 on one for my first camera. I'm looking for a basic beginner-friendly camera. All I have now is a gopro hero 3 white edition and its macro capability is far from perfect. Anyone willing to sell a decent used camera that can take pretty nice macro shots for under $200 please let me know.
