Lots-o-Locks

The Makartsteg bridge over the Salzach river in Salzburg, Austria is commonly known as the Love Lock bridge, for obvious reasons. We of course added our own, because, well, when in Salzburg... Perhaps one day we'll return to see if it's still there.

They will eventually have to do what they did to the love-lock bridge in Paris. They had to cut them all down because it started collapsing under the weight of the locks. I believe they cut ~4o-50 tonnes of locks.

That one looks nowhere near as bad so may be some time before it happens.
