The first thing I noticed was that the bird seems out of focus and the colors are quite dull, perhaps a curves adjustment in PP would brighten it up a bit....it could also just be my monitor.... The image also seems to tip to the right and needs to be straightened.

I'm not on a great monitor at the moment, but it seems like the leading edge of the sea foam is in sharper focus than the bird. It's hard to tell, though.
