The first two are just some girl next to a tree, she's not into it yet, she's just kind of standing there. The last two are better, and I really like the fourth one. The ambiguous orange light in the background is a very nice touch.
On camera flash always looks like on-camera flash. It's not traditionally seen as "good" but I think it's neither good nor bad. You're always going to get a snapshot feel from it, since this is how snapshots look. No getting away from that.
So, work with that. Whatever else it is, it's: 1) vampires and 2) snapshot aesthetic. Figure out what you want to do with those two things, and then go do that! Vampires on holiday? Vampires visit the beach. Vampires yelling "IM SOOOO DRUNK" and posting it on facebook. The main thing is to own the look, whatever it is. If you're stuck with something like an on-camera flash, don't ****in' pretend it's not there -- go grab it with both hands and make it your *****.
