I think if it were level and square to the frame, I would like it quite a bit.

This picture doesn't know what it wants to be when it grows up. There are at least three very strong visual elements of about equal weight in here, you need to pick one and bring it out, while subordinating the rest. I think you fell in love with all the stuff, and couldn't pick. It does not help that the three strong points are so strongly kept apart by the mass of the wall.

There is a great deal to like here, though, truly. This picture's problem is too much good stuff, not a lack.

Whats with the halo around the subjects? How did you process these? HDR?

Yes, it has a bit a of a halo. I am not to good at photoshop. But I wanted to add some contrasts. Any pointers?
