Messing around pics for CC

I started to use more of the A and S settings on my D3000, I utilized a really nice day outside to start with so lighting wasn't really a worry, but also played around with some inside stuff and even ventured out the other night. I have no idea how to edit so all the pics are JPG images as they came out of my camera. Any tips or suggestions are welcomed, thanks Ben.
