PHEW! Seriously Mish I've heard of dirty sensors, but all that f2.8 macro stuff has clearly blinded you to the dust build up - that clean clear sheet of black paper is inundated with dustbunnies -- seriously you'll have to scrap your sensor and start all over again, this is way too big a cleaning job!
