It's a very nice image! Leave the mole - it's natural and a unique part of your beautiful GF. Excellent exposure, light, colours, tone. I think the inclusion of the pants make a simple and effective anchor.

I actually quite like the contrast between her face and back; the fact it separates them so starkly gives the shot tension and looks great imo - almost like she was on a fashion shoot and someone took away the glamorous clothes and what shes left with no-longer matches what’s on her face and she's left feeling a bit awkward/incomplete. The flat facial expression adn lack of eye contact works well for that too.

If you see what I'm getting at. Hard to describe what I mean exactly, hopefully making some sense , but I think the shot works really well.

p.s. leave the mole, it only enhances it that.
