Nice series, except for #1. To be honest, Mom's expression makes her look like she knows she just sat in something rather unpleasant. I'd bin that one. #s 4 & 5 are very cute.

I would, because I agree with you, except that's how she looks in every single picture. I browsed her FB profile before the session, and that's how she looks in all her candid pics, profile pics, family pics... etc... that must be her smile

I love the snow backdrop!!! Really nice. I like 3,4,5 the most. I know what you mean about people who have unique smile signatures...I have a person like that in my life...unusual picture face...but very consistent, so I go with it.

Unattractive smiles can be tough, no doubt. What I usually try is something like, "Okay, that looks good; how about a closed-mouth smile for a different look?"
