Chil from Fifi province.. What do you say about the photo?

I say : the focus is soft, chin and head are cut off but overall is a good headshot. The b&w makes the child look dirty and much older than he might be. The picture makes me think that the child is homeless and has been sleeping on dirt floors.

Seems too contrasty with several distracting blown out areas that hurt it, in addition to the focus issue already mentioned.
