Mother & Daughter - Cuban faces

I got back today from my 6th trip to Cuba. Grabbed these of my friends there on the back porch area yesterday afternoon - cc please! Simple editing done on the plane, laptop colour and contrast is off so opinions are appreciated. Thanks in advance!

C&C Per req:
1. Really nice capture, if possible go about 1/3 - 1/2 stop darker on the face of the girl on frame left and if possible just a little more of the hair for the girl on the right.
2. Wonderful!
3. Again, just a tad darker on the younger girl's face.
4. Nice.

Completely agree with tirediron on the first photo. This would be my favorite if the girl's face were a little darker. The expression in #3 is priceless. I think B+W works really well with this couple.

Seems like f2.8 was a bit too widely open so the girl's face slipped out of your focal plane and her eyes are not quite as sharp as they should have been - in addition to the fact that her face is too bright and looks featureless now. A pity. They are two lovely models, and I like the interaction in 3, only is the girl's face too bright once again.

2 is perfect. Do you plan to convert that one into black and white, too? Makes me curious to see converted, as well.
