Mother/Daughter Portrait

This shot was taken outside our local library in the late evening. I used a Canon 10D, 28-135mm lens, and 420EX fill light. Settings were probably 1/200 sec, f/8, ISO400, fill -1.

Nice shot, but it looks a little out of focus to me.

I actually softened the image in Photoshop CS using a plugin (can't remember the name). I thought it made the image more intimate.

Nice, but also not fond of the softening treatment.
