Mother, Daughter

I get a shot I'm happy with and there's a huge blown-out streak from the holes in our fence. That aside, thoughts on this image? All C&C welcome:

 

you might try cloning out that hole ... the pic really works aside from that

 

itll get difficult i think cloning around the little girls hair. maybe selective burning?

My attempts thus far regarding the blown out section have been feeble and yes, it's the hair that's the problem. I suppose I could clone out the dangly bits of hair out of that entire area. I'm tempted to leave it as-is, though.
