I do like this shot even if i say so myself. The Swan behind the main two really annoys me though. Let me know what you think.

I found the pic chaotic until I found the head of the lead Swan.

great shot! i would however pull some of the blue out of it.. the color balance is a bit off and its got a lot of heavy blue cast on the birds and the water almost.. blends too well with them..

the black and white approach is very nice too although the darker tones you're losing a bit too much of detail in the wrong places.. such as the front birds beak and face area..

perhaps some dodgeing will help? or just ease up on the contrast when adjusting the b/w treatment
