Moving on up!!

So right now i have a canon xsi that i got about five years ago, don't get me wrong its an amazing camera but i want to move upto the next level. What would you recomend? I do a lot of photography for sports events and people, but also a lot of nature and urban.. Ive looked at nikons but they are way to expinsive for me because of the stablizzer being in the lens un like canon where its in the camera body. I have also looked at the Canon EOS 60D. So any sugestions will be helpful. Also if any of you know a good flash that i can boune light with thatss affordable let me know. Thanks for all the help

Who told you the stabilizer in canon is in the body? You got that wrong. Try Sony!

The 7d would be great for sports considering the auto focus and fps. As for the light, I've had good experiences with both my lumopro and sigma. The sigma goes for a great price and will work with the factory ttl, has awesome power, and also comes with optical slave. Only draw back is the recycle time tends to take a few seconds at full power. Might not be ideal for sports photography.
