You need to give your camera a thorough clean - dirt in the camera has the parallel lines (tram lines) down it.
You also appear to have a drying mark on the paper. The quality of the jpeg doesn't allow me to tell you if it is on your film or on the paper.
When doing multiples with flash you need to work out the correct exposure and then divide that by the number of multiples you want. This will give you the exposure for each and will ensure the foreground doesn't block out.
 
those are lines from my scanner. but yea i see what you mean
