My All Time Favorite Lenses

The Nikon 85 1.4 lens is my favorite lens....It is funny though... I use my Nikon 70-200 vr more because of it's versatility.... But when it comes to pictures that I really like... It is all about the 85 1.4.

the nikon 28-70 f/2.8. Nikon 24-70 f/2.8 and the 14-24 f/2.8 are all great lens too...I sold my 14-24 though because it would not allow for filters.

I'd take the 16-30 f/2.8 over the 17-40 and the 70-200 f/2.8L IS.

I think you mean the 16-35 f/2.8. Had it, got rid of it for the 17-40 and Tamron 28-75 combo. The 17-40 had better edge definition. Was tighter all round.

+1 for that. I agree. I had them both for a while. I tested them both and picture quality the 17-40 came out on top. However my 24L mk ii stomps on them both

Good choices. It's especially hard to argue with your choice of the 50mm f/1.2.

Out of the few Ive used my favorite is the Canon 100mm f2.8 macro.
