my co-worker gave me this a few weeks ago

i have no idea how to use the flash or the automatic filmwinder so i took all that off and used it like my pentax k1000, just the body and lens

He's got all the manuals in the bag it came with, ive never used flash before so I have no idea how to use one like that usefully
