My daughter, making dinner

Overall, the composition and technicals seem very well done, but I think the shot would be improved with a little more model engagement. i.e.; "look at the camera and smile"

I don't know, I rather like this. I get a, "Are you just going to stand there with that stupid camera or are you going to wash your hands and set the table?" message from it. Nicely captured!

I to like that she is not looking at the camera. It makes the photo look more natural and less staged, a good capture of the moment.

Thanks, everyone.

You don't have kids, do you? :lmao:

"Look at the camera" is the one thing you can say to guarantee that anything but happens, lol.

She's a cutie, she looks well loved.

She is gonna become a great cook or a model or both , she definitely has the potential to :p

Got kids and grandkids. I do know exactly what you said is true. I was trying to get pics of the grands in their TKD uniforms (at the behest of their mother) and it took an hour and a half of asking, pleading, threatening, and brow-beating to even get them into the uniforms. Then they didn't have any patience whatsoever to pose, so the entire photo session lasted only about 20 minutes before we all just sort of gave up.

I don't even try to take pictures of cats anymore.

I love the static in her hair and her smirk like see I can do it..... so adorable
