Took this one using one studio flash head with umbrella and applied this blurred frame.

What do you think?

It's a neat effect but I think the frame is too big and that the in-focus area is too tightly cropped around her face. The lighting is quite nice.

She's a very pretty girl and a very good model, and I like how your choice of light brings out her eyes.
I am all together not so sure about the framing you chose, though there are ever so many effects out and about, coming with the various post processing software... I think I would also like to see the unaltered photo. Would you put that one up, too?
