My first portrait of my girlfriend C&C please and thanks

This shot was with a room divider as a backdrop haha. 2 promaster 300c monolights with shoot thru umbrellas. a 580ex ii behind the divider for some backlight. canon 5d mk ii with a 24-70 f2.8 L. edited in lightroom 4. any advice would be greatly appreciated thank you.

i wanna use tht background, shes got a nice body du! um these are coo shots idk if I see anything wrong with them, your watermark is a bit ehhhhh, I think your safe just throwin the AV on the same line as digital, only thing i think could be better is your composition (rules of third n blah blah) but i think its ok with this background.

edit, on second look, the shadows look like they could be raised a bit on the first pic. jussayintho.

I have to disagree. I think these photos are severely under exposed. Look at her right eye. Our left there is a huge shadow and no lighting in her eyes at all. I think you need to get the proper exposure and you'll have some good images.

I was thinking the same. Looks too dark. Id bring these up a step or two. She does have a nice body though.

The lighting and posing aren't doing her any favors. She appears to have giant bags under her eyes.

Also, having just a peek of the tattoo on her hip bothers me. IMO, either cover it entirely or show it off.

Lastly, and I'm surprised your GF didn't think of this... unless you're going for the grungy/trashy look, wearing a black bra under a white top ain't the best idea.

She's got a great body, but you're not showing it off properly.

I would figure, keeping to the technical aspects of the photo would be helpful no?

Great background but I would definitely work on the posing, just start rolling through some standard poses and see how they look.

I would appreciate if yous would be more professional about the c c of the overall pictures and not of my girls body. Because I guarantee if you were standing in front of me that would dare come out of any of your guys mouths. So if we can keep all comments away from the physical aspect id appreciate it. And also im not advertising anything. And james if you can keep trashy out of your mouth thank you. I wasn't going for wasn't going for any look. It was a boring day home and I decided to try it out
