My first post- please all the C&C is welcomed

Very nice. C&C per req:
1. A nice informal portrait. I'd like to see a little more detail in her pony-tail; it rather looks like just a dark area and the position of her arms is a little awkard; at first glance she almost looks like an amputee. I would suggest having them out further to each side.
2. Very well composed, however I don't think the focus is quite right; her faces appears a little soft. The centre of focus actually looks like it's on the edge of her left hand.
3. Another nice composition; the hand in the water and her smile make for a great picture. Selective focus to blur the background would have helped however, as it's somewhat distracting.
A few minor comments on a nice series. Just my $00.02 worth - your milage may vary.

In this case I find the blown out highlight on the duct and sky to be very distracting. The images appear a little dark. A tripod may have helped with all of these depending on your settings and lighting.

These are very flat. You need more separation in the midtones.
