I like the composition and exposure. Could you list your settings and lens you used. Just curious.

If this one's colored, it's more gorgeous.

Nicely executed!

Thank you!

Thank you. This was shot at ISO 200 at 24mm f/16 at 1/200
with a WL X1600 on camera left behind me. Forgot what power I had set to. It was 15 degrees outside and we only took about 6-8 shots and had to leave.

Sorry to dissapoint you but it was a really cloudy day and here's the colored version. Notice something different?? HAHA

There seems to be some discoloration in the skin around his right eye. If that's really what his face looks like, no problem. If it isn't, I just thought I'd point it out for you.

Nice photo!

Thanks 3bay.

PV, also thanks, and I am debating on this actually, It's there naturally and I'm debating if I want to go through couple hundred pictures and take them out? It'll be a lot of work but at the same time, it's a permanent feature he has physically. So kindda on the fence on this one.

don't remove it. if it is a birthmark, I leave it, unless they say otherwise, but if it is a zit or blemish or like some food or drool or snot from a kid, I'd take it away, but a birthmark or natural coloring of the skin, leave it.

bw looks way better, but not because the color photo has anything technically wrong with it, but because the attire and make up for the bride is not really flattering.

Thanks. Im using the BW. I like that better. I will though give them both version so they can pick whichever. For my portfolio I'd only use the B&W. I don't want to put fake shallow DOF because I think it's overly used and sometimes it's just better to see the background. When I went there my vision was to show the tree and the bridge in the background, as that is a very popular area here.

Crystal, I haven't processed the color picture yet. It looks a little underexposed IMO. But I'll play with it. I will leave his face alone :)

Yeah, I was expecting a white dress to be honest but oh well. its all good :) Thanks Rausch. You're gonna love what I have planned this Saturday

Definitely looks better in BW. The turquoise is distracting, in my opinion. Especially on her thumbnail by his ear.
