Hey everyone. My wife was out of town for the afternoon and I was on baby duty. I took out my camera and decided to take a few of the little guy. He just turned 6 months and is so much fun at this age. Any comments or suggestions are definitely welcome.

The hot exposure is most noticeable on his leg and arm. I think it looks fine on the other parts of the skin and actually adds a nice touch to the photo.

i like that his hands and feet sink so far into the grass. really gives an impression of his size! is the foreground artificially blurred? it really comes into focus pretty sharply which is a bit distracting imo.

Doesn't look artificially blurred. Probably long lens or a 50 shot close to wide open.

No artificial blurring. This was taken with an 85 1.4 and shot around 2.8 ish. That is the reason for the DOF. I am going to bring the exposure down on his leg and see how that looks. Thanks for the critique. Much appreciated.
