Having found a new respect for people who photograph kids for a living ....

I tried shooting it as RAW, which I'm not all that familiar with, but figured it couldn't hurt.
There's a lot of catchlights in his eyes, I'm not sure how to evict those. I tried cloning over them from another spot in the eyes, but it came out looking weird, especially in the iris. Came out sort of flat, like doll eyes or something. So I undid it and just left the bright spots in there. I'm not really sure how you decide what 'needs' to be done when you start editing...kind of guessing, trying something & see if it looks better or worse after.
