Everyone has submitted Tilt-Shift photo samples, so I thought I would take a stab at it. What I figured out, is with some shots, increasing the saturation really does not help give it a toy look:

I like some of the pictures you have here and their colors... but I think 'blurring' thing is a bit overdone. Maybe I should say that there is too much of a fine line between the blurred part and normal, needs a bit more fading effect to it to make it seem more natural, I think. Not TOO much fading neither, just a tiny

middle two look great! tilt shift can be alot of fun and photoshop is pretty good at simulating it
