Very cool We have plans to get some chickens at some point, probably next year, we are giving ourselves a second year at keeping the vegetables alive before we try cute fuzzy things lol

You see.... the entire garden didn't make it last year but I partially blame the drought lol!

Trying to be the purest.(old hippy frown as he remembers) I hatched out about 25 chicks. 14 roosters, well being a veg. Chicken live here till, like forever.
Well I planted and raised 80 ft of the best lookin peas. for about a month. Took the wire cover off and set them to climb. the next day I had no peas, but happy chickens.
So you fence the chickens, or you fence the garden. The bobcat ate all the roe's save two. I guess he did me a favor. But the racoon that eat all my Serama's is still on my **** list.
