I like Mr White's edit. Unfortunately in this picture the background is kind of a killer. I really like her look......kind of mischievous. I think your original is just not flattering to her at all. In fact, you can barely see her. She's too cute for that.

You need to get her in front of the camera more.

Others have explained most of what is wrong and am sure the next one you shoot will be more flattering to the cute angel.
