My Niece - Any more edits necessary?

so i took this shot of my niece. it may not be the best shot, but i would like to print it. i recently got lightroom, and i love it. please let me know of any more necessary edits that should be made before i print this. thanks very much!

You know, honestly, I think I like the first one more. I'm looking at it on a calibrated monitor, and the new one has a slight green cast while the whites on the first appear more true.

I love the photo, but as others have said, I think you've taken away the colour in her face.

I can see what you were trying to do, smoothing out and making the shadows a little less harsh, but it's just made her look more grey/green than anything.
