Story of my life....a day late and a dollar short I've posted in the forum maybe a dozen and a half times or so and never posted here...so here I am.
Me...I'm a full time artist. Mostly a muralist, and have been for about 19 years. But I also do quite a lot of graphic design. Couldn't live without Photoshop...(you can see that in my photos). I also do some sculpture and even make stage props for dance studio my daughter attends. And that's kind of what got me back into photography. I was always an artist and also interested in photography. So many, many years ago, I did that little league sports photo stuff for awhile....using a Minolta XE7 and various lenses. Shot a few weddings but that was too stressful Then only shot for fun, until a few years ago when I agreed to shoot the 'studio photos' at the dance studio. I wasn't crazy about what the previous 'pros' provided and jumped in... And actually, as much as I really love doing that, including shooting photos at dance competitions, I enjoy the post editing even more. Well...some of it....not so much when I have to edit 3000 photos because I screwed up
So while I'm still a full time muralist and graphic designer, I also consider myself a photographer.
I just uploaded a sampling of my photos to the member galleries. Blast away;-)
