Myrtle Beach Wedding Photographer??!??!!

OK so here's the deal. I'm getting married in Myrtle Beach SC in April of next year, and have most of the details ironed out. However, I need a photographer.

Not being from Myrtle Beach, all I can do is google for photographers or for wedding photographers. I get all kinds of results. Some are great.

Others I wonder why they spend money on webspace.

Regardless, I need help and am hoping someone here is local and can direct me to a photographer. Or maybe someone used someone who is great.

So-- what do you have? Recommendation? Review? Stay away from xyz photo they suck?
Definitely use ABC images?

I'm open to most any advice at this point.
Help! Before this small detail makes my fiancé and I pull our hair out!

$1500-2000 is ideal. Willing to stretch if its someone I love; but from what I see from pricing down there above $2000 you just get more "stuff"-- albums, bridal shoots, etc.

Not that I'm not interested but the primary goal for me is day-of wedding shots
