Ash Cave in Hocking Hills, Ohio. Light was harsh but I thought this B&W represents the serenity that was on display during my time there.

Thanks Nettles, I really like this image. I couldn't have said it better than you. It does make you feel small when you're standing under that cliff.

I love the sharpness and the texture, lines in the rocks, and the reflection in the ceiling is very pleasing to me. If you can shoot, I wonder if you can get another person to stand (or an ordinary object) somewhere to really give it scale. But I could understand how that could affect the aesthetics, also ...

Am I correct in thinking you used a fairly wide lens to capture this? When I've used my 16-35 I think sometimes I've actually reduced the scale by compressing so much into the image.

At any rate I personally find it very pleasing.

Very nicely done. I looked for a while and ran through different things I might consider changing but couldn't find anything that I thought would make it any better. It's kind of a classic composition.
