Can others edit my Photos
Photos NOT OK to edit
any recommendations on a flash for a nikon D300

Depends on what you are doing you could go with either a SB-600 , SB-800 (if you can find one for sale they dont make these any more) or the SB-900.....
 
I'll beat that dead horse... SB-800 or SB-900.
