Need critique, badly.

I'm a wildlife macro photographer, and as you know its not the most popular genre of photography. Not many engage themselves in it so quality feedback is not easy to get. So its quite hard to get an idea on where you stand as a photographer.
Would be really grateful if you could go through the site below and let me know what you think.

It looks like you have some stellar work there, BUT the images are so small, and the 'site loads so slowly that detailed critique isn't practical. Post 2-4 images in a thread here and I'm sure you'll draw plenty of C&C.

I'm a nature photographer, so I know the feeling. IMO, if you want a good critique post some of your images here.

Your work is pretty good, however the website is difficult to navigate. I find the whole sideways scroll thing to be very odd.

As mentioned before, post some pictures here for more detailed critique.
