Nice, maybe more eye contact would make them more personal. But over all right good.

I find these beautiful portraits without the eye contact, though it can be important if your aim is to establish communication with the viewer. The one that has eye contact, #2, has an unfortunate blown area of the hand and arm that takes up the right side of the frame, which I am finding distracting. If there is actual information in your file, you may be able to bring that in and have a stronger shot.

The last one stands out for me. The rest are just ok. B&W requires a certain amount of contrast to me and the last image personifies that.
