need help with making a HDR pano

ok so i have been into pano's lately, and today i went out and took a 5 shot pano of an old abonded church. but i wanted to take it a step further and turn it into HDR, and this is my first attempt at HDR btw. so i took took the images for the normal exposure and then i took a few more on both under and over exposing a few stops. so now im in the photoshop(elements) stage and i not sure if i should start stitching each individual pano and then work on HDR from there or should i take each photo and turn it HDR and then stitch the pano. does it matter? either way i feel like i bit off a big project because im still very much learning how to edit beyond basics

I create an HDR for each set of frames that are identical, then stitch the HDRs into the pano.
