I will stick with Sony until I have the money for a good camera system.

there's nothing wrong with the a300 or sony as a system. they compare well with similar nikon and canon entry level camera. you just have to know how to use it and ofcourse all cameras have faults

I know Sony often uses the same sensors as Nikkon does in their cameras.

Actually, Nikon uses Sony's sensors.

But whoever quotes KR on here should be banned....
