Need help with photo edit

Hello:

I need some help with photo editing. I want to make a framed picture of my parent who passed away recently. I am ok with cropping and resizing pictures but not with editing, the picture I have has light from lamp coming from one side so her hair and wall on one side is goldenish, whereas her hair is white. When I use the auto fix on computer software the picture becomes more purple colour. Is there a way to fix this any help will be appreciated. Are there any professionals who could fix this?

I gave it a shot its about the best I could get it but I am not an expert either.

Joes work obvious blows mine away.The red is a little to strong though IMO.
