Need Instructions

I have an Aperlite 700N. It looks great, but I can't figure out how to use it. Is there somewhere I can get a readable manual or instructions? I am anxious to get started. I hope to hear something from somebody soon. Thanks...M.

That's the only thing I could find as well. And I can usually find parts and diagrams or manuals for most anything. Can't even find a website for them.

Doesn't say what camera they're using, or how they're trying to use it either.
